How to book

1- Choose an apartment

Once you have picked the apartment you like, click on "BOOKING ENQUIRY" and complete the form enouncing your options and all questions you might have.

2- Send us your reservation request

Via our formula on line, indicating the dates and options that interest you.

3- Confirmation of your info

Once we have received your information, we will contact you in 48 hours to confirm our disponibility, price and associated services.

4- Réservation deposit

In order to confirm the reservation of your apartment, we will ask you to send us 30% of the rent in five days after our confirmation mail. This advance can be paid in cash, by credit card or bank transfer. If we do not receive your advance, your reservation will not be confirmed nor done. Please note that we don't take payment with American Express but Visa and Mastercard.

We have the right to ask for a deposit and/or your passport or credit cards numbers upon arrival, if we think it is appropriate.

Any reservation means you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.

5- Final payment

The integral and definite payment of the lodging is due 8 weeks before the arrival day. The associated costs of services (lifts passes, transfers etc) can be paid until 2 weeks before arrival, or in certain cases in cash the day of your arrival.

A few advices...

In time of high demand (Christmas, New Year, January and February), it is recommended to reserve as soon as possible.
